VERY GOOD CORN BREAD. GOOD FLAVOR. NICE AND BROWN. GREAT PRICE.
This is the only cornbread mix I can find that doesn't have sugar or some kind of sweetener in it. I do not like sweet (yankee) cornbread. LOL
This is the most inexpensive homemade tasting cornbread I've ever tasted. And, it doesn't break my face out like some package cornbread. Very good compliment to beans.
My favorite mix for making corn muffins. Mix it up, spray the tin, spoon it in, bake it for a few, butter 'em up and dig in. What could be gooder?
I like it for making suffering but it's little over priced
My wife and I enjoyed this cornbread mix very much. I made it in a shallow pan, followed the directions exactly got very good results. It didn't overcook on the bottom and I thought it was very moist. My wife liked it better than the jiffy brand we normally used, but Martha White brand was the brand sold in our local Walmart.
This is a quick cornbread that you can have ready in no time flat ! And it's very good ! Easy to do , done in a split and that's what you're buying ! If you want homemade , then get out all ingredients and make it from scratch . I like for what is is ! Great little product !
I prefer Morrison's Corn-Kits, but Walmart has quit carrying them AGAIN! Martha White's are okay but just don't measure up to Morrison's. They don't rise as high and the texture isn't as good. I will buy them until I find something better or can get Morrison's again.
It was so gross tasting. The texture was like a rubber sponge.
I made muffins with this mix and was very disappointed. Not at all moist, dry texture and just crumbled when I tried to cut it to put butter on. Fell apart in my hand. I gave the muffins to the dogs.
