We bought this machine to handle about 5000 pieces of mail a month. This works perfect for our needs. Much more efficient than opening by hand.
This is our second different opener. It is 100% better than our first single letter opener. You can open a big pile of mail in no time! I would recommend it.
ITS OK BUT MISSES ENVELOPES ONCE IN A WHILE
This product opens envelopes with ease at a high pace. The speed is a little high which makes the envelopes wiggle as they go through the machine causing, in some cases, the stuff in the envelopes to be cut. If there was a guard to keep the envelopes from sliding, or a speed tuner this product would get a perfect 5 stars from me.
