This is a great product. Much better than using spray starch. I use it all in sewing and when I make quilts. It give the fabric great body but doesn't make the fabric feel overly stiff. I like the unscented Best Press.
I never used a "starch" on my block pieces for my quilts, however this stuff makes it much easier to match and helps for "bias" cuts.
Love it! It was mentioned on one of the quilting shows and I decided to try it. Lightly spray on fabric before cutting and pieces are SO MUCH EASIER to get accurate cuts as well as to join pieces to sew. Try it ... you'll love it!
Great starch for sewing projects. The other kinds are too heavy and build up on my iron. This don't.
I quilt, therefore, I press - with Best Press. Love this product, wish this super great price was available on all the Best Press scents.
Best Press makes ironing anything go smoothly! Using this product makes a hard job so much easier.
I'm glad I ordered this product. I want to give my fabric some body, but I don't want it stiff like using starch. I saw this mentioned in a You Tube demo about making bookmarks, and thought I would try it.
Easy to use spray bottle. Fabric irons easily and stays crisp just enough for sewing.
Best Press really gives a smooth finish without any flaking. It conditions the material to give greater accuracy when cutting. Helps with adhesiveness and reduces the sliding of fabrics when sewing/cutting quilt pieces. I use it for all quilting projects. Only con is that after pressing, it takes the fabric awhile to dry thoroughly. This delays the progress in piecing.
Did not come with the spray nozzle as shown in the picture so that was disappointing.
