I need this mineral for a healthy life. My usual supplier had them back ordered. I checked with Walmart and they had them in stock! They even offered a special deal! Walmart was on the job!
Magnesium citrate
Seems to be working okay.
It seems to work as intended.
Will purchase again. Noticed a slight improvement in 1 week but you usually cannot tell full effect until 2 - 3 week mark. Hoping to get the full effect after that point, if not the slight improvement has been a GOD send.
Very good product, however, I have to take 275mg twice daily so I have to cut them in half. Otherwise, the product doesn't give one diarrhea like the regular magnesium citrate, etc...
I purchase the magnesium gluconate because it is what my doctor recommended to me. This comes in a large bottle that's a good price. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because they're not coated. I've been buying them for some time now so you can see that that hasn't deterred me.
They're cheap pills of that magnesium magnesium metal. Or compound. Whatever. It is what it is, and it does just fine.
Pharmacy is more frequently out of medications
