taking it to help my health, as informed by an MD. It seems to be helping out. There are no side effects to regular Niacin, so this is one of the better ones, and Mason has always been a great brand, generally.
Good for ur heart
Does not seem to work as well as the products that are not flush free. However, there is no flushing and you can use this any time of the day
