Having a great time with this smoker. Everything has been very tasty!! Love the blue. Think I might just have to put a big Dallas Cowboy star on the front!
I may not have waited to the best price possible but the smoker is great, I have had it for under 2 weeks and have used it 4 times. The ribs were wonderful, just like the finest BBQ places. The brisket was even better. The only thing is now I have to perfect my rub and sauce. If you want to smoke meat this is a great unit, my friend is buying the 40" unit.
I love this thing. Looks great and works great. Makes smoking means easy.
Assembled quickly. Good documentation...was smoking ribs the next morning. just used it once,,,but nice results.
After using the Brinkman Smoker for the last couple years the Masterbuilt has moved me up to the luxury level. I can control time, temperature and meat temperature what else do you need and you can do it from your living room. Great smoker and it was at a good price and I noticed it has dropped another twenty dollars as well making it even better.

I bought 3 of these as Christ Mass gifts for the kids and their families. Only have good things to say at this point. All packages arrived in good condition 2-3 days before expected date ( yup...they shipped that quickly, even during Christ Mass rush) and am told they were pretty easy to assemble . My daughter and two sons got right into the smoking process and produced edible (mmmmm....) smoked ribs, brisket , and pork roast having tons of fun in the process. Plug and play anyone? Enjoy....
Works well. Nice controls. Legs with wheels a definite plus. Only downside is that the racks are flimsy and bend easily. Mine were slightly bowed upon arrival from the weight of the parts sitting on them during shipping.
Recently purchased this and have used once. Impressed with the ability of this smoker to hold temp during sub-freezing weather. Great to have freshly smoked ribs in the winter! Only rating 4 stars as it still requires monitoring because of the small wood chip capacity.
