I absolutely love the ease of use of this smoker. The thermostat makes it fool proof. Also on the masterbuilt website there are lots of recipes.
Excellent product, well packaged and pretty easy to put together. My husband loves his early Father's Day gift and it works very well.
It holds temperature well but there are pop rivets missing in key places inside and out and I am very disappointed with that. It does a great job of smoking, but chips have to be added too often. It works and is what I wanted I can deal with the rest easily without major hassles.
