I use this for roller sets, twist sets with my leave - in conditioner and it is amazing. Never heavy and it allows my hair to move. My hair according to Mizani's hair chart is a V and VI mixture. This product has replaced my need for a setting lotion, the pump is easy to use and it allows my hair to dry smooth and full of body. LOVE IT!!!!!

This product was ok. However, it left my hair feeling sticky. I have found something a little better called Nutress Hair Foam Wrap lotion. Works great!
