Delivered on time, product worked well. Helped me refresh a non-working game disc for a Wii gaming system. Instructions were clear and not difficult to perform. After one application, the game disc worked perfectly. The disc scratches were not too many and not too deep. For minor scratches, this kit worked well for me.
I've looked for something to help save my favorite music. This works!

I love it. It works like magic.
My DVD disc had many shallow and one deep scratch. Now it plays well until deep scratch area, then it freezes. The product has limits, as stated on the label. I AM SATISFIED with the performance, but disappointed it does not perform miracles.
Can't use the 1st step,scratch repair. Too thick, not coming out of bottle. Had to use toothpick. Don't know if it's old or maybe the cold climate in transit changed the consistancy.
All that came was the two bottles of solution. No repair/scratch kit, just a refill kit.
