Ordered this strap to prevent bulkier leg pants from getting into my front chain sprocket or hooking on my down tube water bottle carrier while riding. Probably my over site but there was only one strap in the package and I wanted two of them but the strap does basically what it needs to do. It could be a little longer but overall it does what is needed. Nothing exceptional but OK. Ordered some other straps ion addition to this one and I probably like them a bit better. they are elastic with Velcro to keep them on.
