It is a very nice light powder that gives a shine to you face. Wear it over foundation or alone. Gives a sparkling look. I have had people comment on my smooth skin and I am 68. What else do you need. Try it and glow a little.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a grown woman who tends to own quite a few pairs of mom jeans, this product seems quite strange to me. However, my 13 year old daughter assisted me with trying it out. A little is sheer and looks kind of cute. A lot makes me look like I belong on RuPaul's Drag Race. Yass Queen! She adores this product though. Copied the model in the picture and made stripes on her face and actually went out around town like that. She got a lot of compliments on it too! I would have gotten strange looks. I do think this is a great product for a specific demographic and I'm pretty sure my daughter has taken ownership of the Magic Fairy Highlighter I received.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Master Fairy Illuminating Highlight Powder from Influenster Complimentary for reviewing purposes. When I saw it I couldn't believe how gorgeous it was and after opening and using it I noticed how silky and light of a powder it is. The colors are very vibrant and pigmented. They blend very well and look amazing in contrast against my skin. I am very happy to have gotten selected to try this product out as its a great quality and beautiful shades too. Whether you are going for a vibrant, colorful look or just a playful, but subtle glow this is the right product for both looks. @Influenster #Masterfairyhighlight #voxbox #Maybelline #review #gotitfree
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really different form other highlighters. It is very easy to apply and blend and it is long lasting, too. I have oily skin and this product didn't caused me any oily feeling. The only thing is that the colors actually are pigmented, so if you are looking for a more dramatic and different makeup this definitely would be an option for you! I personally try to use the yellow part which gave me a nice look on a regular makeup.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was never a huge fan of the rainbow highlight trend, but I've been seeing it everywhere and was actually excited to try it out for myself. I love how the compact comes with a mirror and applicator, but I'd rather stick with my fan brush for a more controlled application. The colors are a little intense, even if you try and apply the highlighter lightly, the blue especially comes through. I tend to mix the red and yellow to create a nice peachy tone for the cheek bone, and then use the purple and blue for the brow bone. This highlighter would be cool to apply with all the colors for a festival or party, but it's not my favorite for every day application.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was really excited to test this product as highlighters are a major hit this summer! When combined, the colors create a beautiful highlight with cool tones and hints of pink but the yellow pigment seems to be the strongest. It took me a few swipes of each to get the swatches they are on my arm. Yellow was the easiest and has had a creamy like texture. I would say the blue highlighter had the lightest pigmentation. This is such a fun product and you can create some really exciting looks for with this, but I gave it 3 stars because it took a few applications to get my face to look frosted. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free for testing from @influenster and I was so excited to give it a shot! The colors in the pan made me a bit nervous because they seem so saturated but after three or four layers it was still very light on my skin. It would have been so much fun to have this at bonnaroo this year! The product doesn't catch light like a normal highlighter but simulated the idea of catching light, which is a bit odd. The texture is similar to that of a powder compact. My last little note about it is that the blue sort of looks like bruising - I tried to blend it out but that sort of defeats the rainbow effect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this free from influenster and i'm not blown away by it. the pigment is just okay and it seems like it's more shimmery than glowing. it comes with a sponge which is nice for getting the distinct colors (except for the purple, it doesn't really show up at all), but if you want something more everyday, definitely use a brush. this will be great if you're doing a look but i wouldn't actually buy it. i'm curious to see how they'd look as an eyeshadow, but i just don't see myself using this to highlight my face. i know it kind of defeats the purpose, but i liked the color better when i mixed the colors together. it looked more iridescent and more like a highlighter i would actually use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the product with the sponge applicator that came with it and I hated it immediately. It literally puts a streak of different colors across your face. If that is the look you are going for then it is highly pigmented! In this case, high pigmented is not a pro. I tried the product again with a blush brush and the colors were no longer a rainbow, but it was not a flattering color. Very blueish and unnatural. If used minimally it is pretty. The highlighter is VERY reflective which is the only saving grace of this product and why I gave it two stars instead of one.
The blue color is so intense and overwhelming that I can't use it on my skin, when mixed together it just glows blueish-gray and looks like I have dirty cheeks. I love maybelline products but this one is
