Easy to use website, quick shipment, and product arrived in great shape (good packaging). Overall pleased with service! Haven't installed yet.
Order was shipped quickly. Easy to install however the 2x4 that is installed inside the horizontal section where the mailbox is designed to go is difficult to align and the instructions do not clarify how properly install the plywood ( no included) and mailbox. Product also came with stains on the post which we have been unable to remove.
