I had a previous model that was Maytag which I always like it's looks and well I want ready to exchange it but after 18 years it was time and bound to happen. I'm very pleased with the new micro wave. Now I'll probably buy a new stovetop to match the current models.

I like this one because it has a push button open instead of the handle on the previous oven. It works well and it seems to do a better job. I like the over range light and the fan. The only difference is that there is no control to stop the turntable, but that isn't a big deal.

I love that the inside is stainless steel it looks so sleek and modern. It cooks food so much better too. Another feature that sold me is the fact that there is no handle that looks clunky on this model. I highly recommend Maytag appliances they are built to last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good, works well, has a nice bright light over the cooktop. Doesn't have a rapid one touch function for one minute+ by just touching the individual number but the 30 second function is close enough.

I have been using it for about a month now and I am still getting used to the settings and how long to reheat things properly, but overall I am very pleased. I only gave it 4 stars because there are a few things that I don't really care for, but they are not impacting the use of the microwave, it's just personal preference for me. For example, I don't like that the display is orange. It's not very bright and difficult to see the time on the microwave if you are not close to it. Also, my previous micro had a feature that if you left the door open for more than a 45 seconds (for instance), the interior light would shut off to save energy. I kind of liked that feature as sometimes I would take something out and before I put in the next item, it may take a minute or so and instead of continually opening and closing the door the light would just shut off. Not a deal breaker, but something I miss. Overall I am quite pleased with it's performance.
