[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PRO: Love the Pet pro option, the very large capacity even with my King size items. Like the extra fill option, easy to use. Con: Lid lock seems to be on all the time, the spin out cycle isn't as good at ringing out like my old machine, but still adequate. Overall I love the machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know you're “mature” when you get excited about new appliances. I LOVE this washer and dryer! I do animal rescue so I have quite a few cats/dogs at a time. Pet hair on my clothes was just a normal thing. Not now! This washer and dryer does an amazing job at removing the hair and my items come out clean and smelling fresh. The lint/hair trap inside the washer catches nearly everything and is super easy to clean. Highly recommend regardless of if you have pets, but ESPECIALLY if you do.

And I went and read through almost all the reviews on this washer before buying it. First off, the pet hair filter does seem to work fairly well, I've ran some cycles without the pet pro button and it still collects hair! The washer isn't silent, but it is SUPER quiet none the less. Third, for people that are saying it doesn't clean very well, I haven't had an issue. I've ran it on hot, cold, warm, deep fill, regular fill, and my clothes come out very clean everytime. I've also washed clothes, dog blankets, sheets/comforters, and again, no issue with cleanliness and no damage on my items. I am very happy with the faucet feature as well, it's very convenient! I normally don't write reviews, but hopefully this helps someone to choose their new washer with confidence.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this washer about 2 weeks ago to replace our 20 year old Maytag Neptune. I like the large capacity, but it really makes a lot of noise, compared to the old one. I also like the pet hair filter. It even catches towel lint, so less lint in my 20 year old Maytag dryer, that still works like a new one. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the noise that it makes no countdown timer like my old machine had. Now I have to guess at how much longer for my load to be done.

I like my new washing machine, BUT a features I would have like to have, would have been a display to let me know how long the cycle was at each stage and total wash cycle. also a soft bell or ring to let me know when the machine has finished. You would have got five stars, as I am pleased how it has washed the clothes.🤗
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago and so dissatisfied and disappointed that I purchased it. We don't have pets but the price was within our budget. I get stressed every time I wash our clothes as it makes so much noise and shakes violently and I don't overload when I wash. The waterline hopefully will not give in as it violently shakes. I go to the laundromat for heavy items such as blankets and comforter. I made the biggest mistake in purchasing this washer.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The deep fill is not a deep fill, water does not cover the laundry. The sensing timeframe and the soaking timeframe moves the agitator enough that it seems to be ripping your clothes apart. As the agitator swings back-and-forth with not enough water to sooth the clothing, the friction will eventually ruin your clothes. It takes almost an hour to do a load of laundry and not having a timer is very aggravating. The spinning bucket spins out of control and the machine sounds like a piece of tin can with a rock in it. There are extremely long pauses between the soak and the wash and then when you realize the wash is also doing the rinse it stops and it's usually a count to 10 before it starts again so it makes you wonder whether the machine is working or not. It's a crummy machine in my opinion.
