Hoping a washer will last another 27-years again isn't realistic, because things are now made way over complicated, so we were happy to find this machine that doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but just cleans things well.

The easy settting and functions of washer mode made it easy for everyone in my family to use. Clothes are clean after wash and takes about an hour. Definitely recommend to anyone that want a stylist and easy to use washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only have one complaint. You can't put clothes in middle of washer due to it shakes on spin cycle. Directions say to put clothes on circumference of washer. If you have a lot of clothes it's hard to do. They eventually end up in middle and washer shakes a lot on spin cycle. NOT GOOD!
Bought this washing machine in 2020 it is the worst washing machine. It takes forever to wash can only do small loads. 4-5 towels depending on the size. Makes super loud noises when changing cycles. Have had warranty come out and repair 3 or 4 lost count still the same. Would never buy this kind again. I came on this to see if anyone else has had these problems or it's just ours but seems like everyone saying the same thing. Should of looked up the reviews before buying. Reason I bought said it does 11-20 towels and that is not true.
By far the worst washing machine I have ever owned. It does not clean clothes as evidenced by dry spots on them after a complete wash cycle and there is always white lint-like stuff left on the clothes and I have to run them through a second rinse and spin cycle to get as much of it off as I can. Then I have to remove the rest with a damp cloth after the clothes have dried. This even immediately after I run a "Clean with Afresh" cycle. I have had this machine for about 5 years and it has always been bad but is just getting worse. Kicking myself for not doing something about it sooner. Will be looking at a different brand as soon as I can afford to purchase a new one.
Don't not buy this product. I don't know what has happened to Maytag quality, but this is a piece of junk. It always is out of balance, the clothes are still dry during the wash cycle because the water level is so low, it rips clothing apart, soap left in clothing. I don't know how this passed quality control. Absolutely horrible piece of crap!!
