I tried McCormick Montreal chicken seasoning in exchange for providing my honest feedback. The seasoning has right amount of salt, 30% less sodium, spice is spot on. I used it to marinade my chicken first before grilling. Works well on shrimp and fish too. Great taste. No need to add any other spice.
So we have never tried this seasoning before and now its once again a staple in our home. We always did salt and peper and not much more, but now this has to go not only on chicken but also pork. Even going to try on deer. I would recommend this to anyone for a flavor burst.
McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning is packed full of flavor! It includes garlic, onion, red pepper, as well as other spices and herbs. I sprinkle a little on all my chicken regardless of how I prepare it. Using a little extra will give the chicken an added spicy kick. Can't live without it!

I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and butter in my cast iron grill skillet with press. I generously seasoned both sides of the chicken, the aroma as it was cooing was wonderful. My kid kept bugging me about 'is it done yet?' LOL It turned out very flavored, the whole family enjoyed it very much. Next I want to use it when doing my next chicken in the rotisserie.
We were able to sample this less sodium chicken seasoning and WOW! Great flavor, we used with chicken drums and thighs for grilling. We let it marinate for about 20 minutes and grilled it. Came out delicious! Our family really enjoyed it. Would recommend this seasoning if your looking to cut down on your sodium intake.

My go to's with the Montreal Steak or Chicken seasoning is the lower sodium options since I will interchangeably use these on chicken, steak, pork, and most of all roasted veggies and homemade dips. It's hard to go wrong with these standards in spices.
I have put this on chicken, steak, and roasted vegetables. In every instance, this seasoning added dimensions to the food without overwhelming the natural taste of the food. If you want a good general seasoning that isn't spicy, this is a great way to go.
I'll have to say, a good product but just not my taste. I'm not a garlic or onion girl. This seasoning isn't overwhelmingly flavored with either. But, just not my taste. However, my husband loved it! The chicken breast was tender and juicy. He would definitely use this seasoning again.
