Glad to have found this, love garlic on everything. But couldn't get past the bite and burn of fresh garlic. Then other brands of garlic have a metallic taste, but this McCormick has the taste of garlic without the negatives. It really enhances the flavor of whatever it's used it. I bought 3 jars to last about 2 months.
