This onion powder added so much flavor to my meals. I tried it on chicken thighs and I was able to smell it every time I opened the oven. It smelled so delicious and tasted even better. This is a great product to add flavor without adding actual onions in case someone doesn't like onion pieces in their meals. It is definitely an easy way to add flavor to any meal.

First time purchasing a large container. I have been waiting for this size. I wish holes in top were smaller so that so much wouldn't come out at one time.
McCormicks onion power is flavorful to say the least. Our family loves flavor and spices so this is the way we like to tingle our taste buds. Whether u choose to add it to your dish while cooking or extra flavor after the dish is done. There is no comparison to flavor with other brands we have tried.i would recommend this to family and friends.
We always need onion powder when we don't have onions, right? **McCormick has been a staple in my home since I was a little girl. I wasn't always particular about the brand before but you can taste the difference. I like the larger size because I always use it when I am out of onions and you will never know the difference, especially when making a bacon cheese ball to take to office or game day with family or small gatherings of 10. People will tell you they don't like onions so I use onion powder to kick it up a notch for "onion-haters". They take the bait every time with compliments to the chef. My secret!
I used McCormick Onion Powder in a pasta recipe. It added the necessary onion flavor to it, but nothing stood out about it. Mixed with the other ingredients, it's kind of hard to pick out the onion powder flavor. McCormick is normally a good quality brand, so I'm sure if I had used a store brand onion powder, it may not have tasted as good.
