Meat Pastries traditionally feature a meat hash filling made with ground beef, similar to the ?picadillo? Cuban dish. Our healthier version, uses soy protein instead of meat, but keeps the seasoned flavor intact with our own blend of olives, red peppers, onions, garlic, cumin, paprika and other spices.
