Part of Media Blasters' Keito Ameniya Collection, this disc adequately presents the film. The crisp digital transfer is presented widescreen (non-anamorphic) with an aspect ratio of 1.85:1. The soundtrack is offered in either English or Japanese Dolby Digital 2.0, with subtitles offered in both languages as well. There is also an option of viewing the film in the director's cut or theatrical version. Extras include a rather meager "Production Gallery" that contains a few costume sketches. There are also trailers for Misa the Dark Angel, Reborn From Hell 2, and Moon Over Tao. This is one special edition that could have had a little more effort put into it.
