I get soooo much more milk each pump with this and it's way quicker than my electric pumps! I've recommended this to my friends and they have had the same result! If you're thinking about buying it, just do it!

I honestly have no idea how I survived without this pump. I can easily get 5 oz in 10 minutes or less, Haaka WHO? It’s comfortable, easy to use, easy to clean, and honestly it’s my favorite thing right now, especially for those late night/early morning feeds; have baby on one side and this dude on the other and there you go.
Ok, so bought this as it has the best reviews and is rated one of the best pumps. However the only issue with it is the Itty bitty O-ring that is needed to keep suction. It starts to tear almost immediately. Went to go use my pump and low and behold it wouldn't work and I knew why because of reviews. Went into panic mode and got my husband who is a mechanic and happened to have his service truck home. I was hoping he might have the size I need but he didn't. However he loomed at it and said it isn't broke. He then suggested I put some oil on it, so I did as he said and put some vegetable oil on it. Pump is back in business. Overall I am happy with the pump and would buy again.
It would be better if it came with both sized flanges. Not everyone is a 24. The 24 flange eventually causes me to become sore. Only reason I got it was because it goes with the bottles and electric pump I already have and i didn't want to have to make sure i have specific bottles clean. They really need to provide a 24 and like 27. One size does not fit all.
I thought buying a new hand pump would be smart when absolutely necessary. It did great the first time I used it but output wasn't that great when I pumped every 2-3 hours. It's my second Medela hand pump. They're about the same. Great for on the go just not the same as an electronic pump.
It did not work very well for me. If you are someone who has a low supply, or doesn't have an easy time getting milk out then I would not recommend. First I had to use for like 5 minutes before any milk actually started to come out and when it did, it was not very much. I barely got out any milk at all. I wish I could return to be honest.

used box was clearly opened and used. milk in flange and foggy medela cup no lid cant return. havent left store from picking up curbside order
This is the 2nd pregnancy I have bought these for…I only get 2 oz in the morning %26 1 oz throughout the day for each pumping session. Definitely not worth the money.
