well truly this is excellent to have maybe just for emergencies, such as a devastating flood which our town, as well as other communities are still recovering from here in northwest iowa. Also it is perfect for those with different mobility issues. I am very pleased that i purchased this. It also would be excellent for those that love to go camping....i was very pleased with quality and price!!
This is the second shipment of this product and I need to return it, but I'm home bound and unable to get it to the store
Dislike instrution manual. Very vague and this is AMERICA, wish it is written for us. Otherwise it is a big help. Placed over exciting commode so I can lift myself up better.
I bought this chair but as it turned out we did not need it. I tried to return the chair to Walmart, but they would not take the return. They said it had to be through Medline the company that made the chair -the third-party company. wanted to return a bedside commode that had never been opened or out of the box. I have tried for weeks to get somebody to respond from Medline, but to know avail . I will have to sell it myself in order to get my money back. Will not be ordering anything from walmart.com again.
This will not work with my toilet. It's brand new, never opened the box. I cannot take it back to Walmart for a return, I have to go through MedLine to return. Except they will not message back. Do not order unless you are 100% certain items will work for you.
I purchased it for my father but it is too small for him. The description states up to 350 pounds, and my father weighs 230 pounds. The chair was not wide enough. Tried to send back, but it is not returnable. Make sure you take measurements of the person you purchased it for.
The order was cancelled before it was shipped. It was shipped later and charged. The box was never opened, and could not be returned due to the non-refund policy. The box is still unopened.
Listed as elongated bedside commode that supports up to 350 lbs. I weigh 242 and commode on supports my backside (barely). I am now trying to find a seat that wil! Support my 242 lbs body without having a big mess to cleanup. Unless you weigh under 180 lbs, I don't recommend these Bedside commodes.
Didn't have time to like it. Came bent and had parts missing. Also had a cracked weld. Going back.
This purchase has a sharp edge that could cut my hand. And I am trying to return this item.
