It worked as well as promised. It was sturdy and held its place. One tip for first time users it to tuck your shower curtain under you bottom to keep water from getting on the floor. It can get slippery I just rinsed it off after using soap and shampoo and conditioner on my upper body.
Very sturdy fits the need perfectly. I have a step up shower. The legs can be adjusted to accommodate the step, I then sit on the edge and scoot into the shower. I will be taking it to my new home which will have a large walk in shower and will be able to adjust the legs to one length. I choose to not use the back or the side handle due to not needed that feature but glad for the option incase I ever needed it
Medline shower bench is perfect. I don't use it to transfer into the tub. I have it set up in my big handicap shower. It's wide, legs suction cups to the floor., it has an arm on one end you can balance with, it has a back that is very sturdy.It's wonderful. It is too large to fit totally inside a bathtub and you won't be able to maneuver in it, but it works perfect in a large shower area. And the company says it holds 400 pounds.
This bench is wonderful and very sturdy. I highly recommend this item. To me it is safer than shower stools or chairs. Being in a wheelchair and transfer to the bench makes getting in and out of a bath tub very easy and much safer. It was very economical, too. This product was the best answer and not have to remodel to accommodate my needs.
I recently had a House Fire with Smoke Damage and lost everything so I'm just replacing what was lost so thank yaw for working so hard
after my surgery, it was delivered. once it was delivered without even opening the box, I could see it would not work for my needs I tried to return it but they would not do a return on such an item therefore I've lost 60$ plus I have an item I cannot use with this being said, check your return policy before you purchase
Misleading of delivery date. Cancelled order and company did acknowledge and didn't provide a way to return. I made another purchase elsewhere and didn't even open package so I will be refusing and I will never order anything like this through Walmart again
This ench is ttoo big for mmy tub. The tub is slanted at the end and brings the bench right up to the toilet. This makes it dangerous to use for an almost eighty one year old woman. I have contacted the user and have not received a reply. So I am stuck with a bench I can't use. And I am out $57.
I emailed %26 called this company multiple times to return the chair I purchased that is too big for my shower so I could order a smaller one. The return policy wouldn't allow me to take it back to Walmart. I never received an email or call back from anyone. Now it's past the return window %26 it says there was a refund issued on May 1st which is a lie.
So flimsy, rated for 400 lb. My mom is 130lb It is a "balancing act" every time she is using it, chair is very unstable. As per description - item is non-returnable.
