Bought these after being recommended them by selveral podcasters. Unfortunately they only worked on and off on the right side so I had to reach out to MEE, which is unfortuante. To their credit, they did send me a new pair quickly after opening a case on their suipport site, and the new pair has been working flawlessly
After over a year of using several pairs of these as in ear monitors, they are still working fine. We've had to clear ear wax out of them a couple of times because the sound started getting low, which was gross, but its not the earbuds fault. Overall a solid buy.
I bought these earphones for about 30 dollars. Pros: *Very comfortable *Very good sound (Good mid's and high's) *Made of fine materials *Chord length is perfect (for me) *Case is useful *ear-buds work well (double flange works best for me) [isolation varies with different ear-buds] Cons: * Need of a better bass output, quite bland *Not worth ABOVE 30 dollars Over all, very good earphones. They'll last you for years if you take care of them. If you're looking for some serious bass, these earphones are not for you.
Owned a previous pair before this and these dont disappoint either!!
5/5 Fit - has a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it they are very secure and only take a few more seconds to put on compared to regular earbuds 4/5 Comfort - I wear glasses so the earhooks get pushed into my ear after a while, but it takes a very long time for them to become uncomfortable 4/5 Sound - far from audiophile quality, but punchy and very clear with good bass and highs 5/5 Value - If the sound and comfort are just good, the sound and comfort for the price are GREAT. Would give them 4.5 stars if I could.
I love these headphones BUT I hated the price. When I figured out which ear pieces fit my ears the best the sound was amazing. I only had to turn my ipod up to half volume to hear. The words in all my songs were crystal clear. They stayed in my ears perfectly and never once fell out. I just didn't like the price.
Needed inside-ear headphones for a concert up in Reno, FAST. I ordered and they showed up just a few days later and worked terrifically. Great range, clarity and nearly invisable from the audience.
Pros: -They're super cheap, I got it for 15 bux. Really really good bargain -They sound great (to my untrained ears), very even. I'm not an audiophile, but i can tell you without a doubt that they won't sound bad. -The cord and the memory wire can be a pro or a con. The cord is built like a tank, and if you know how to use the memory wire correctly, works wonders. Cons: -Although the cord feels really strong, its "springy-ness" makes it hard to wrap up. -Memory wire could potentially be a nuisance. -I don't know if its just me, but the ear tips over time slip out easier. Also, if you decide to remove the memory wire, you can still either use the headphones by still looping it around your ear, or switch the orientation of the headphones (left bud to right ear, right bud to left ear) and put them in regularly. The only issue with putting it in regularly is that its not too easy getting the right fit.
The memory wire is pretty easy to adjust and I was able to finally get a decent fit in my ear by trying all of the various ear pieces that are provided. Despite some early claims, however, the sound is only minimally acceptable with a weak base output no matter how I adjusted the earpieces. Also they are not noise isolating as claimed. It may be that my ears aren't really fully compatible with this product. Bottom line is that these are OK for the low cost, but I'll use them only as a backup for when I'm doing yard work and am not really concerned about good sound quality.
Great sound. Very uncomfortable to wear and very difficult to fit on the ear/ Memory wire concept is not for me. I threw these babies away to avoid any further frustration.
