My kid LOVES this thing.
Great fun for my Grandson. It's what he wanted is having a blast with it. He shoots missiles at the dogs. They are all having great fun with the robot.
My son got it for CHRISTmas and loves it...
My only qualm is that it doesn't walk... Other than that, it's an awesome toy that my son LOVES! It was his 2nd favorite present for Christmas... (I still took first place with his favorite though)
I bought this for my nephew for Christmas. He was so excited. It was easy to put together and works very well! There's nothing better then to see a big smile on a child's face when you buy them the gift they really want.
My grandson liked it but I wish there were a few more pieces.
The toy is cute. It really does not do much but my 14 year old son seem to love it so I'm happy. Good quality - well made.
My 8 year old loves this, but for some reason he was expecting it to walk. Torso of robot spins around and has lights and sounds. Also shoots little projectiles from one arm. Seems wobbly and not very sturdy. Not sure how long this toy will last.
My son was very excited for this gift but after 2 hrs of working on it Christmas morning it was defective, and he was majorly disappointed.
The reason we by these sets is to be able to build them. The instructions and hands on application of putting it together is, sort of a learning experience without the children knowing. Following instructions and seeing it come together make it a worth while experience. This thing was already built except for the legs of the robot. The batteries were a little confusing to install as there was no markings as to which way they go. The worst part is once it was put together, batteries installed, the mechanical movement was as cheap as a $.03 piece of gum! There was not a gentle smooth movement of the robot head. It jerks from side to side, up and down, so forcibly that it knocks the whole thing over! At a price of $60, it was seriously only worth about $20 of that!
