After a crime syndicate known as the Black Dragon murdered his wife and parents, Raven seeks to take each individual member of the powerful gang down. He is aided in his efforts by his friend and professional detective Herman Jablonski (Lee Majors), who pairs his abilities as a sleuth with Raven's preternatural martial arts abilities.
