I trust mega food to be a good source of supplements, I've been tested for iron when I was supplementing with their blood builder and my levels went up so I know my body is absorbing these supplements. I'm excited to take these probiotics and give my body what it needs.

The ingredients are 100% awesome this is my second pregnancy that I have used them. The taste isn't bad but it may be something you have to get use too.

These are my go-to. i take them every night. I feel better when I do. The capsule are easy to swallow with no funny taste.
I love these. Within 2 days I noticed the difference it had made in making me more regular during pregnancy. The ingredients are superb and I love anything that supports a healthy gut micro biome and a healthy pregnancy. I added these to my subscription.

If you take the item out of the bottle it starts to oxolate (change color) and becomes incredibly smelly. Ill probably be changing them over to something else. They are also missing chloate.
