Very nice results cleaned two pairs of extremely faded yellow oxidized headlights! Used this on a foam pad drill attachment and about 2 mins per light and it was brand spanking new!! No sanding required! Make sure you coat the headlight with some type of uv protection to keep from fading again.
Use 500 grit sandpaper until your headlights are frosty white from the sand paper scratching. Then switch to a 800 grit and sand until the 500 grit scratches are finer. Then switch to a thick sponge and some water, moving in circular motion, until most of the cloudiness disappears. Then use a regular kitch sponge with this Mcquiar's plastic x polisher. Rub in circular motions covering the whole headlight, don't let the sponge go dry. With a little effort and time, you can make your headlight lenses look new again with items as simple as those I've mentioned.
My lights were so cloudy when out at night you could barely see the street I had so many people saying they could get the lights clear with the product they used but didn't work at all I even bought different products that was said to work anyway this right here is the best ever my lights look brand new this stuff is unbelievable love it
This has to be the easiest headlight cleaning kit there is. Follow the instructions and you will have results like I did. Instead of replacing expensive, hazy headlights, try this first. This product works great and the price was less than $8. To ensure in keeping your lens from hazing again, I purchased Meguiars Headlight Coating to keep on protecting my headlight lenses. Both are excellent products.

Great when used with Meguiar's Keep Clear Headlight Coating - Maintain The Clarity Of Your Headlights, G17804, 4 Oz
So I was looking for something simple and this stuff is great. You will need two rags wet one, make sure lens cover is clean a little in the wet rag, and rub it over the lens, I did both and with the dry rag just wiped away dry wax and both covers look like new.
Firstly, the item arrived on expected time which was a plus but very much expected with Walmart. An obvious Walmart fan! But anywho, to get on track with the real review, the item was well worth the buy. Item was as described. For old looking headlight covers, they turned out to have such a fresher look. Literally took me about 5-10 minutes; did a basic scrubbed with water and soap, rinsed and then used the product in a scrubbing fashion. Very easy and now hopefully I can see better during my late night travels. Hope this helped!
This product is recommended for plastic windshields, "DON"T USE IT". I used it to clean my brand new Side x Side windshield which is polycarbonate. The windshield is hopelessly ruined with hundreds of scratches. No way to undo the damage.
if your headlights are even slightly oxidized, this product will not remove the cloudiness from your headlights. I think my magic eraser helped more. Do not bother using this product. Find a professional way to remove the oxidation.
