Meinl MEINL Ergo-Shape Pedal Cajon Bubinga Frontplate

The Meinl Ergo-Shape Pedal Cajon has two special features: a patented ergonomic curved frontplate and a specially designed foot pedal that adjusts the snare wires during play. Made from exotic African Bubinga wood, the cajon's ergonomically shaped frontplate has a slight curve (Ergo-Shape) that follows the natural contour of your hands for playing comfort. You'll find yourself playing longer thanks to the comfortable design. A pedal attached to the bottom of the *cajon adjusts the amount of pressure used to press the snare wires against the front plate, changing the sound in real time as you play. The snare can also be turned off. Like all Meinl cajons, the top corners are also adjustable for even more variety of sounds. Loosen it a louder slap sound or tighten it for a more subtle sound with less volume.
