After trying many different probiotics this one is a win for me. High protein intake calls for needed gut health….quality here does the trick creating no constipation! Zero taste and goes down easy!
The quality and the benefits of this probiotic ingredient are very noticeable in its effect. my digestion is slightly better generally since starting it. my constipation is also slightly improved and my gut is on the road to healing. I have tried many a probiotic supplements before. I believe it is being well-absorbed. This is well packaged, has no taste, goes down easy. size of the caspsule is average. I recommend it wholly, your microbiome will thank you.
