Bought these for my husband hoping they would fit his long torso and broad shoulders and he couldn't be happier! These held their shape after a cold wash cycle and drying on low. Originally bought as under shirts they fit so nice he wears them out as well.
Purchased these tank shirts for my husband he lives in them! He is retired and comfort is his thing now. It has been a long hot . It is now October and 104 degrees today glad to have them!
Tight fitting after the wash. Bought these for my husband. He loves the colors, but needs to really stretch the shirt before putting it on...there was noticeable shrinkage after washing.
When I ordered this item the picture showed True Red and Royal Blue with black, navy and gray in the package. When they arrived the colors were Maroon, black, gray and navy. I sent them back without opening the packages.
I bought 4 packs of color A shirts 3x these shirts or just like hanes now. The finished hem makes it not that comfortable with my big man stature, with the unfinished hem the shirt seemed longer and a lot of times I would put my hand through them while tucking in the shirt overtime. But would rather keep the unfinished hem made shirt seem bigger,longer...
Hello I have always worn white (A) shirts, medium size. My recent purchase was the grey and black (A) shirts which I've never worn before. I bought 6 shirts, medium size and they are all too tight and short. Why would the grey and black medium size differ in size from the white? I am very disappointed.
Fruit of the Loom recently changed the design for their A-shirt to include a finished hem. While this was a good idea, they changed the design of the arm holes as well. The old style (size 2XL) fit me perfectly, but I have 2 issues with the new design. First, as previously stated, they changed the arm hole style to where the material runs straight down and barely covers my chest (like a gym/muscle shirt, which I don't like at all). I have a very broad chest, and the old style arm holes used to to have the material run just underneath my armpits, covering my entire chest. The second issue I have with the new design is the length of the new design, which now runs all the way down to my crotch. The old style A-shirt fit absolutely perfectly, and was my favorite tank top. Now that the style has changed, I can't wear them anymore. If any Fruit of the Loom marketing or customer service personnel are reading this, PLEASE continue to offer the old style A-shirt, or you will have lost at least 1 loyal customer.
I bought this a month ago, however wasn't happy due to the length. I had to return them. Need a a shirt in extended length, but your company discounted making them. What's a tall person suppose to do?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They looked a little narrow when I unpacked them, and then they shrank—horizontally, not lengthways—in the first cold wash. So they're now long and thin, and they'll fit someone with the build of a salami. The length is fine. Is there something wrong with the fabric? I usually buy an XL from Fruit of the Loom, but the fit of these is totally out. Very unhappy with this purchase, especially as I've always had good experiences with FotL.
Opened this, touched the fabric, put it in my body, clawed at my skin, watched my nipples appear because the arm holes are too big. Returned it immediately, bought tank tops 'for ladies'. Not scratchy at all and they fit well, including being longer.
