Bought them on sale. Less than 5 each. Got 6, Couldn't be more pleased.
I bought these for my son, 2 red. The red is a nice, deep red, not scarlet or bright. The t-shirts are made of quality material and are fairly thick. My son likes them, they're not his favorite t-shirts because they are simple t-shirts but he likes them and they do the job. He wears them each once a week, and so I've gotten pretty used to seeing him in red t-shirts now. Really really worth the purchase. Going to buy some for my husband.
I ordered these white t-shirts online because I couldn't find them in the stores, and the quality was better than the same t-shirts that I buy that are colored, so I'm very pleased!
When I first ordered the Fruit of the Loom's Short Sleeve Pocket 2-Pack, I thought that basically $10 was kind of high for just 2 t shirts, just because they had pockets on them. I have bought regular Fruit of the Loom t shirts before for myself, just to go with boxers, to sleep in, and they were a lot thinner, then the one's with the pocket. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the t shirts with the pockets are about as thick as a regular t shirt you would buy at a sporting goods store (like a Nike or Addidas shirt). I bought these t shirts for my dad for Christmas because he has about 3 white t shirts with pockets that he wears to work every week (his job is not formal, and he changes into a different outfit at work), and they look like they have seen better days, even though my mom washes them with bleach. I am confident that he will be happy with these Fruit of the Loom Pocket T shirts that I bought for him from Walmart, and he is picky about the clothes he wears. I would recommend these shirts to anyone for underneath another shirt, or just to wear by themselves. They are worth the price.
Had to order these online, local stores rarely have them. Been using these shirts for years (we're required to wear black or blue t shirts under our uniforms) and have found these shirts to be an excellent value. Be warned, they are cotton and do shrink in time.
I have been wearing Fruit of the Loom pocket tees since 2005 and I love them. I have purchased around ten packs over the years and they have a consistent fit and quality. I suggest you take your $110 you had saved for an Ed Hardy t-shirt and just be normal and cost-conscious and buy a pack of pocket tees. Use the remaining $102 to open a savings account and start living the good life - with Fruit of the Loom Pocket Tees.
Fruit of the loom are tagless, which my husband loves as tags irritate his neck. He only wears tshirts that have a pocket. Also, he says that they fit him better than any other brand. He is an XL.
Overall, I'm pleased with the quality of this product. It fits well and is comfortable. The cotton is heavier than the typical undershirt. These are perfect for wearing as an outer garment or with another shirt on top. My only critical observation after wearing and washing these a few times is that there has been very slight pilling on the collars.
You cant beat this price and the quality is definitely worth the price. These shirts are cotton and like all cotton clothing they can or might shrink a bit when washed in hot water and/or dried. Think about shrinkage when buying this product. A size bigger couldn't hurt. Or wash in cold water and hang dry to prevent shrinkage. This is not the product you want for an outing, but if laying around the house, doing chores, working a less than clean job, or just to run to the hardware store than this is the shirt for you. It's a fairly durable T-Shirt and comfortable.
Great price. Good fit, nice heavy fabric. Pocket is a real bonus. But it attracts lint very easily. Otherwise, I'd give it a 5.
