Noticed the effects in the first couple of days. Other brands I've tried have not shown measurable benefits like this one has.
I find that Gaia mental alertness helps me to remember specifics when talking with people and otherwise.

These capsules worked very well at enhancing mental alertness. I would caution not to use them everyday because they seem to lose there effectiveness with continued use. Overall I would recommend for occasional need to enhance your mental alertness, just not everyday.
Found it at Publix. I like this brands products. Another online review said it made him sleepy. I think Gotu Kola has this effect because it reduces stress. It also has Eleuthero which is an adaptogen so your body might become more sleepy if you need it. I am still trying it out. Even Shakespeare said Rosemary is for memory in his famous play Hamlet so maybe it does something…
I have been using this supplement for over a month and have seen some success. It is my hope I will see more success in the months ahead. I will say this is the best success I have seen and I have previously tried 3 other kinds of these pills that did not work.
Product works well , when they don't leak!This is my 4th month taking these, after I've found they do help my mental clarity and overall focus. I went to open them and for the first time they were all sticky! One (or more) must have leaked because all the capsules have an oily substance on them :(They are soggy and I'm a bit concerned about taking them. I've never had this issue before so I'm pretty disappointed
