Saw advertizement in Victoria Magazine and went to local store to see if it was available. Purchased and also added matching pillow. Then was very pleased with product, ordered another set from Walmart.com to take apart and use for window treatment as the matching drapes were no longer available. giving me two additional shams and a skirt to use the fabric.' Very pleased....
I have literally searched high and low, in stores and online for a comforter with these reds/browns and golds! This set is BY FAR the best quality - the thickest and the best value of course! I expected the mall stores to carry great stuff - but when I felt the comforters there I was shocked at how thin they were and how cheap the material felt! This comforter set is AWESOME! I love the woven fabric and all the velvet! I love it and couldn't be happier!
I just received this set for my birthday today and let me say that the picture does NOT do it justice. The colors look a little more pink in the picture. It is deep burgundy's and golds and is so beautiful. It looks so much more expensive then it really is. I recommend this to really make any bedroom look elegant and vibrant. The roping on the edges gives it an even even classier look. Perfect, perfect, perfect.
I am in love with this comforter set! This set has transformed my bedroom and made it look both luxurious and eye catching. I make extra trips through my bedroom just to look at it. I bought the egyptian cotton sheet set, decorative roll pillow and next I will go back for the gold beaded pillow. Previously, I saw a similar set on one of those home shopping networks, after reading the reviews I opted not to buy it as the reviews were all one stars, and the pieces were undersized. Good news though, Walmart delivered just what I was looking for, and the set is trully oversized. Thank you!!!
This is the most elegant, comfy comforter I have ever had. In washing it's delicate and must be taken to the dry cleaners and it is very thick. I love this comforter and its very trendy so Im easily able to match furniture, curtains and rugs with it.
I had carried the picture of the bedcover by Springmaid that I had seen in a magazine for months. The ad said at the bottom I could buy at Walmart. Finally I went on line and ordered. It was convenient, fast and completely a great shopping experience from ordering to picking it up at my local Walmart
THE OVERALL PRODUCT MATERIAL WAS NICE FOR WINTER WARMTH. VERY HEAVY. CONTRACTS LINT ON THE VELVET. I DID NOT LIKE THAT IT DOES NOT COME WITH EVERYTHING THAT YOU SEE ON THE PACKAGE FOR INSTANCE THE EURO SHAMS ARE NOT INCLUDED AND THE SET LOOKS INCOMPLETE. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS NICE AND VERY FESTIVE FOR THE HOLIDAYS.
I was really pleased with the bedding. The price and weight of the product was great. The reverse is very plain though. It is fine to turn back the bed but was not pretty enough to focus. The velvet accesories are pretty too. This outfit was focused in an ad in Better Homes magazine in Sept. You will be happy with it - I am working with a decorator and we both liked it.
I have purchased at least 6 comforters in the last 8 months for my bed and everyone I ordered did not cover my deep mattress. I have purchased some expensive comforters and then decided to give this one a try. I am so pleased it covers the whole matress and sides. The quality is extremly good for the price and I have just purchased a second one for our spare bed. Sometimes the comforter may look a little puckered but a couple of minutes shaking it out and it looks great. The colours are very vibrant and it looks fantastic.
I agree that this comforter is very lumpy. When the bed is made, the comforter lacks a crisp, flat look because some areas have too much padding while others have no stuffing at all. Overall very pretty though.
