We shopped for cribs for nearly eight months. We wanted a crib that complemented our house which is craftsman styled and our nursery which is vintage looking. This classic and beautiful crib is comparable to the crib we nearly purchased in a boutique...only a fourth of the price. The bead board and white finish is beautiful. It is well constructed. The assembly was easy but you need two people to hold the pieces in place while assembling. We had it shipped directly to our house for the $49 which was better than site to store because it does weigh 93 lbs.
Very easy to assemble. I'm 6 months pregnant and had it together in an hour and a half (it would have been quicker, but anyone who is pregnant knows that sometimes you need more breaks than you're used to)! No damage, almost all tools needed for assembly came in the box. Works well and looks better. Will be purchasing the rest of the furniture set.
I bought this crib based on the reviews I researched. All parts arrived in the box and none were broken. It took a little less than an hour and a half to put together, but it should not have taken that long (we had one problem getting one screw in, but it's in). There are not many parts to the crib and the directions were clear. The hardware is hidden if you look at the crib straight on, but can see some of it from the side views. It seems to be sturdy and I was happy not to be surprised of any particle boards!!! Our baby is not here yet, but it appears to be sturdy and made of good material. It really is beautiful!!! It doesn't look as cheap as it costs either!!!
I was surprised at just how beautiful the crib looked. It arrived within two weeks in excellent condition and had no dings or scratches on it. We were able to assemble it rather quickly and it looks absolutely gorgeous in my little girl's nursery. Baby's not here yet, but we're ready for her now!
The crib is well built and looks like it cost a lot more. Husband put it together alone in about an hour. Very easy to set up. Easy to adjust mattress height and the drop side is easy to use as well. I would recommend this to anyone.
After going back and forth for between this and another crib from Wal-Mart, I decided on this one and I'm so glad I did. It's a beautiful crib and very sturdy. It took my husband and I about 45 minutes to put it together. The drop side rail does not raise and lower as smoothly as I would like but overall the crib is exactly what I wanted!
I was so amazed at the quality of the wood! I ordered this bed online and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, in fact I ordered another one for my parent's house!! Great deal for the price!
First of all, the crib arrived within 5 days of ordering it. It was packaged perfectly - so there were absolutely no scratches in the finishing. And the shipping directly to my home was only $35!! I put it together myself (7 months pregnant) in about 45 minutes. It was very simple - and probably would have taken only about 20 minutes if I had just exercised a little patience and waited for the hubby to come home! I'm amazed by the quality of this crib - especially considering the price. It is VERY sturdy, and I will feel completely comfortable putting my newborn to sleep here in December! It's a beautiful crib - the drop side works very easily - I practiced several times with one hand to ensure I'd be able to manage with a newborn - I need some more practice, but I don't doubt that will come! I would recommend this over and over again.
We bought 2 of these cribs for our daughters. They were easy to set up, sturdy & the dropsides work well. The only things that would make them more convenient are wheels to be able to move them more easily. Also, it's difficult to use a dust ruffle or crib bumper with them due to the solid panel ends, but with a little creativity, we made ours work.
I was a little concerned about oordering a crib online however it was well worth it. The price was awsome and my husband had it put together in less than 30min. It looks great and is very sturdy. It met my expectations and i would reccommed it to others : )
