THE BED WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER (IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR TOTAL). EVERYTHING ELSE WAS REALLY EASY AND IT'S JUST THE CUTEST THING EVER. I BOUGHT IT FOR MY 19 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER. SHE LOVED IT. THE COLORS ARE PERFECT FOR BOYS OR GIRLS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.
This product is great. It is a great buy of elmo product and well worth every cent. I would recommend have two people to put parts of the bed together, but all of my screws and holes lined up and worked perfectly. And most importantly my 2 yr old loves it all, the bed, the table and chairs and the storage bins are all a big hit. ......Don't let this deal pass you by.
I would recommend this product to anyone. Where can you get a toddler bed with the table and chair set and toy organizer for $80.00 or even under $100? This was a complete steal. It was a bit difficult to put together the bed but once that was together the set looked so lovely. My little girl will love it. It looks even more wonderful with the beding that is available on the walmart site.
The bed and table, stools and bins are all just as cute as can be and my almost 2 year old loves them! However, thank goodness my husband is incredibly handy because the bed frame was a nightmare to put together (instructins are taped to the headboard if you can't find them at first). The frame was bent, holes didn't line up, basically a mess, but it's very stable once he got it together.
My little boy's eyes lit up, when I gave him this for his birthday! I kept my son in a crib for a long time, and he would always keep getting out when it was bedtime; but when I got this bed for him, he slept soundly in it all night long. I was so happy to give him this bed, I just wish Big Bird had been on it. Anyway, I've had it for quite some time now, and it has held up (knock on wood) quite well. The table & chairs I have had to put away, because the kids just like to climb on them. The little baskets to keep the toys in, just get carried away from the shelf, or used as hats; so I suggest putting it away until the child gets older. Anyways, very nice set.
The bed is pretty flimsy...if you pick it up or move it, it seems like its gonna fall apart...the table and stools are good and sturdy, i just wish the stools were chairs...the toy bins and stand are much smaller than i thought they would be but they are the same size as my son...overall, i like the appearance of his room...sesame street is very cute and bright...but if i had known how flimsy the bed is i wouldnt have bought this...
Over all the room-in-a-box is a good buy. Everything seems fairly sturdy. Assembling the table and shelves were easy. The bed was somewhat difficult to assemble, only because the several of the holes did not line up. Aside the difficulty with the bed, everything else is great.
Once I finally got the bed together it was amazing. But, while I was assembling it, I noticed that not all the screw holes lined up on the support bars. I actually had to make my own holes on one of the bars. Other than that it was pretty easy to set up. My son absolutely loves it!!
Bought for my great grand son & my granddaughter said it is really cute but the following things were wrong. 1. Sent wrong piece but they made it work with some creative moves. 2. Missing alot of the screws. My biggest complaint was the shipping and time frame. Ordered two different items at same time, was told they are shipped same day & yet one order was approx. 3-4 days later than the other. Made no sense. I would have had them send it back but my great grand son needed a bed now not when ever!
I was very displeased once the product was received. The holes did not match up and the screws were too short. The price was great and the overall appearance of the finished product was satisfactory but I would not recommend this bed set for purchase.
