bought on line in Ohio, sent to a store in Vig. as a christmas gift. Very easy to pick up from the store. Daughter-in-law put it together, stated it was very easy....and boy does it look great!!! the hardest thing is waiting 2 months for the baby....:-)
I really like this bassinet. I like the neutral color which is offwhite and the fact that it's made of wood and not plastic. It's also eco-friendly which is a bonus. The assembly was super easy and took like five minutes. I like that it has a basket also. I sort of wish it had a mobile but a baby that age doesn't care anyway. It was a little expensive for the short term use but pretty much all bassinets are.
When I set out looking for a bassinet I wanted something very sturdy and reliable, something with a light, music and vibration, without paying top of the line prices. This bassinet met all of those requirements. Assembly went smoothly. I had no problems at all putting it together. The bedding was a little hard to get on, but it fits snuggly and securely once you get it on and it looks perfect (that was after it was washed and dried, so don't worry about shrinkage). My only complaint is that I have to send back the part that vibrates because as soon as I attached it to the bassinet, the second level of vibration didn't work. Overall, the bassinet looks wonderful, it is a quality product, and I would highly reccommend it to other people considering this product.
I have been using this bassinet for 2 months now, and I am very glad I purchased this for my daughter! It isn't too frilly and it is very sturdy!! I love the vibration and music....and the light is perfect for middle of the night feedings. I highly recommend this bassinet...very well made!
I was pleasantly suprised by this bassinet. We wanted something wood and traditional looking that also had the vibration and music and this one met all of our requirements. It took less than half an hour to put it together but we used a drill instead of the supplied allen wrench. We have been using it for just over a week now and our daughter seems to love it.
My mother purchased this online (sight unseen) in Ohio and had it shipped Site to Store to Nevada - the bassinet arrived quickly, was very easy to pick up at the store - the associate even took it to my car for me - it was very easy to put together - although we did put the basket upside down at first but that was easy to fix - the bassinet looks beautiful and looks like grandma paid a lot more then she did for it! I love the nightlight and music feature and I know the volume control will come in handy! Now, all we have to do is wait for the little one to put in her bassinet!
I'm pregnant with my second child and had sold my first bassinet which I also bought at walmart. I went to the store to look at it to make sure it was exactly as it was online, and it was really close. The only difference was the storage on the bottom is very shallow but from previous experience its eaisier to store things higher up expecially with an older child. My only complaint about the product are the instructions. The pictures are useless and the written instructions are very brief. Just expect to put it together and take it apart several times. I have read other reviews about how the bedding didn't fit right ect.. and it doesnt if its put together wrong which is really easy to do, if put together right everything fits perfect. It is a very sturdy unit and nice looking product. It would look great for a boy or a girl. On our unit the canopy bar was on wrong which made us put the basket on wrong and had to be redone. So I would reccommend this product because it is the sturdiest I have seen, just make sure you have lots of time and patients. The pad is nice too, some bassinets need foam underneath but this one is plenty thick and soft and the bedding is very cozy as well. The vibrating and music is removable which is nice and it's adjustable to a soft vibration which our last one was not, it was the winnie the pooh bassinet. The music is peaceful, not to loud and the light is just right. And the price is great as well. I also like the fact that it is closer to the ground then our last one because we have a curious two year old and it has the lock out feature so he can't tip it over. Once again very very nice product but needs better instructions
great solid wood bassinet. a bargain for the price! very sturdy and attractive. rocks or stays stationary. mattress pad is fine and comes with sheet. nice to have storage space for diapers, etc. under the bassinet.
My daughter hasn't arrived yet, but this bassinet will be perfect for her. I wanted something that matched our bedroom and didn't look too frilly and this one is just right. The mattress isn't too thin like most and the music and vibrations are just right too. It didn't take long to put together and it looks to be very safe.
Nice product. Looks good and failrly easy to assemble. Not too heavy or too flimsy either. The music, vibration and light are all very nice features. Several music choices (typical lullabyes) 2 levels of vibration and the night light is a perfect glow. Worth the hard earned money.
