I bought this product after reading so many positive reviews about it and I couldn't be happier! The quality, price, ease of use is the best ever! I highly recommend these tubes!
I like anything I can use at home to work out. You use the handles and change to whichever band (Resistance) you want. I sometimes think it isnt going to hold and come out of the handle, but it hasnt.
I have never liked lifting weights, so I didn't want to buy this product because it reminded me of solo flex. However, my boyfriend convinced me to give it a shot and I couldn't be more happy with the results thus far. In just a few short weeks, I am already noticing less flab in my underarms, and even a little definition of my biceps. I am finally excited for summer to start. These tubes are much more comfortable to use than hand weights as they have a padded handle for extra comfort. I recco this item.
I bought these bands to work out with the P90X DVDs and they work wonderfully. They are very easy to shorten for increase tension and are easy to switch from one band strength to another. I also love what the company is doing for the plant. The only down fall was like many others who had purchased the bands, there was no door attachment. I called natural fitness and they immediately sent one. They were courteous and quick to respond to the problem. I will be buying other products from them.
I'm so glad I took the advice of other reviewers and bought this product! My husband & I use it almost every day. Handles are comfortable and super easy to change from band to band. The only negative I can think of is that our box did not contain the Door Attachment that several exercises refer to. I was willing to purchase it separately but couldn't find it online so I e-mailed the company. They apologized for their error in production & are sending it to me. This is good quality at a reasonable price - buy it, you won't regret it.
I like the idea of changing bands and using the same handles. I've had a slight problem with one of my band being a bit slippery and coming out of the handle. I have solved this by just moving it further up where it grips better. Overall a decent product, effective and easy to use.
The good part is that these are nice bands that seem to be very strong and with the adjustable attachment to the handles, it's easy enough to switch between the different sizes and to adjust the length of the band itself. The only issue with these is that within the first three days, when I tried to make a quick adjustment on the bands and pull up the plastic clasp that holds them in the handle, one of the tips on the clasp where it pivots in the handle broke. This made the product useless. However, I liked the product enough to immediately order another set and will try to be more careful with the usage. Even if the product should be more durable, it is still a good value.
we bought these to workout with the P90x dvds instead of buying expensive weights. They were a lot cheaper and gave the same amount of strength training as the free weights.
I was impressed by all the environmentally-friendly features of the product, and the bands are a good variety of resistances. I'm using them for the P90X workout, and I actually have to use the easiest one. For other workouts, the middle one works well, and I look forward to the day when I get to use the hardest one. My main issue is with the handles. The plastic rubs against my wrists. I would have preferred more flexible handles, but for the price and the convenience, this does the job for now.
i was skeptical at first, but the bands turned out to be great, and so far durable. I've had them for a couple of weeks. They provide good resistance, and work great on all my workout sessions. I'm doiong P90X, i wish i had these from the begining of the program.
