These taste great! The orange flavor is delicious, and they are smooth when you chew them - not grainy at all. I really like that they are sweetened with Xylitol, not sugar. I noticed a little bloating the first two days, but that disappeared and my digestion seems better. I will be buying these again!
Just love this product it makes you go to the restroom daily. If you do have struggle going to the restroom daily this is the product for you. It wonders it helps you with the digestive everything it makes you go to the restroom easily.

Gunmies have a yummy taste to them. I struggle with chronic constipation, so I read the instructions briefly and chose to take 3 since other otc meds I have tried in the past didnt do much. Ummm never again! i was woken wide-eyed early morning and couldnt figure out why, then it felt like I had to use the bathroom and oh yes I did feel some small cramps, almost felt a bit nauseous from the pain and discomfort but a lot came out....I mean A LOT! This things works! Afterward I felt so much lighter! i know now not to take more than one a day from now on. that was rough at first lol.
The gummies title does everything it says for your body
I loved the ease of taking fiber gummies. No glass with left over sticky fiber on the bottom! They work and I'm sold. Hubby eats them and is regular. He has Parkinson's so it can be difficult. Muscles don't work and constantly bm is impossible!
I like to buy Metamucil in gummies form it easy to take as my time when you have time.
Being fiber supplements and it only be 5 mg for three tablets that really is not much In any sort of a room temperature environment they tend to stick together, but it's nothing too challenging. Definitely worth it for your digestive health.
These taste nasty. Just plain nasty. And they do not work well.
