i was told they gave me a refund and i never received it i have the phone and i cant get it replaced cause it said refunded and i fell and broke my phone a week after i got it and now i am with out my phone and my money
I bought this after battling T mobile for 2months vis a vis my insurance (I was ground down. apparently I cancelled my coverage. I did not.) It was so new they didn't have any peripherals like a Screen protector, shock absorbing case,etc. Already had the paperwork done on the phone when that was revealed,so I just went with it, assured that the safety add- ons were on the way. Of course, I dropped it about 6" onto my desk and shattered the screen around week 3.Also I have an abridged app. store. It doesn't have the app to sync my CGM up to my phone. Everybody that I know know can access this app but me. What's that about?
I bought this PHONE last month, and within 24 hrs, I managed to drop my fone from about waist-level height and SHATTERED the whole screen...Clearly my fault, but my point is: T-Mobile should have provided these (and ALL of their) Smartphones with at least the " Industry Standard" Corning Gorilla Glass for their devices/SmartPhones
you get what you pay for. $40 on sale.. it's an ok phone for my 10 year old. but Lord Jesus, if you get flustered at things don't waste your time and money. the fingerprint reader doesn't work most of the time. the touch screen isn't very receptive to touch, and the loud speaker isn't loud enough to hear either.
This phone is trash and defective from jump. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PURCHASING IT. Metro won't even tell you it's defective until after you've purchased it and it doesn't wanna work properly. It cuts off and on supposed to be brand new. There's no up to date software to keep your phone working properly. The worst phone ever #sad
I bought this phone for an extra work phone, despite being a T-mobile customer for over 20yrs, they would not unlock it. I took this phone to several places that would not unlock it, and I tried online... cannot be unlocked, so it was useless to me. I had to return it. Truly disappointed in T-Mobile.
this phone is horrible. i updated and not 24 hrs with having it, i could not hear dial out or anything took it back and was given another one with same issue. this is a horrible phone and waist of my money, cause now i either have to pay full price or suffer til the next upgrade
this phone is trash dont waste your money i only had it for 2 weeks n it just froze n wouldn't do anything so upset and to the trash it goes because i cant even get a regund.
i finally get the phone after being delayed and try to set it up but it cannot be activated until the status on the IMEI is changed. So apparently it never got scanned out of the fulfillment center so it's useless after the wait
im angry! i didn't receive this phone! it said i received it yesterday but i didn't get it!
