the price was excellent and it works really good
Easy set up with the attached guide that came with it. Excellent quality and value.
This is not a regular T-Mobile phone it has a whole different side company to make it work you have to keep it locked into their crappy side company for a year before you can move it to T mobile or anywhere else.
I purchased this phone after my A20 started having issues. Thought this was an upgrade from my A20 with a special price offer. Instead it only got 1 good quality. Battery life. I was disappointed that there was no thumb print biometric so I could do my banking. It's screen life is annoying with blinking out. Sometimes you can't find your particular screen when incoming calls Come thru. I detest this phone to a certain degree. Trying to find something equal or better than .
this phone is trash really bad 1 star is to much for it, bad touch screen, when you open change automatically to dif settings is trash,trash. basura people don't buy waste of money.
I put on Spotify to listen to music and the screen blacked out, tried shutting it off, but of course I have to select shut off on the screen after holding down the button so I couldnt shut it off. I've had crappy phones before, but less than 24hours is some next level BS
Right out of the box, it was glitching out worse than any phone I've ever used. Constantly freezing up, opening apps on its own and doing random things that made it hard to even send texts. The lag was unbearable and made it virtually unusable and when trying to bring up the keyboard to type anything...it would take a good 5 to 10 seconds to pop up and then disappear so that i would need to click and wait again for it to come back. Then, once it would come back and i would start typing again...it would generate random words and search it online by itself. i wouldn't even want this phone if it was free...
My LG Stylus 6 phone screen cracked and they told me LG stopped making phones. I got stuck with this piece of crap phone. its slow, only 32gb, freezes and malfunctions regularly. I am back here on the metro site looking at new phones right now and felt the need to warn anyone to NOT buy this trash. Samsung should be embarrassed to sell such junk.
Worse phone ever, had to get a replacement after having the phone for three months. Store clerk swore there was nothing wrong with the phone because he had the same one but that wasn't true. It freezes up, takes too long to load apps, disconnects from WiFi on it's own and too slow period. I am beyond fed up with this phone even after getting a replacement and still experiencing the same issues.
The great savings don't compensate for the faulty device I received. I have to purchase yet another phone.
