My Ford Freestar van had these on originally and got 42,000 miles. When they wore out I purchased another brand (not at Sam's Club) and only got 20,000 miles. Now I have the OEM tires on my van. The original ride of these were excellent and road noise low. I hope that they perform as well. Got into the club at 9 am (early) bought them and was out in little over an hour! I have purchased tires from Sam's over the years and was always impressed with the service and how they handled the warranty for the tires.
I drive mainly freeway everyday and these tires have been excellent! Comfortable ride, quiet, handle well in wet weather, and braking is awesome! I put these on my Camry at 47,000 miles and now at 98,000 I am about to put on a whole new set of the same tire:) Highly recommend these tires.
i live on dirt and gravel roads. when its wet or snowy or ice i can get myself out and underway. i have never had a flat. i have never had to add air in over 25,000 miles. i change oil every 5000 miles and also rotate and ballance my tires at that time. many tire brands i have had in the past gave me problems. after going back to michelin my problems have all but ceased. i have a buisness and a farm i also have over 100 tires on vehicles ,trailers and cant spent all my time or money to keep them in good repair. i will always try michelin first. elf
NOTE: THESE TIRES ARE TEMP RANGE A (HIGHEST OF A,B,C RATINGS). WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? TIRES RATED A ROLL COOLER THAN THE REST. WHY? BECAUSE THERE IS LESS RESISTANCE IN THE TIRE. THIS TRANSLATES TO GAS MILEAGE. MY 2005 BUICK LACROSS MILEAGE JUMPED FROM 24 MPG TO 28 MPG (30 AT SPEEDS UNDER 70) IMMEDIATELY. THIS, COUPLED WITH WALMART'S ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY, TIRE ROTATION, THE LOCATION OF WALMART TIRE CENTERS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY MAKE THIS TIRE THE BEST BUY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND, AND BELIEVE ME I HAVE SEARCHED. IN ADDITION, THESE TIRES ROLL SMOOTHLY. AT MY LAST TIRE ROTATION, A COUPLE OF THE TIRES WERE OUT OF BALANCE. I DID NOT KNOW IT AS THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SHAKE, SHIMMY, OR OTHER INDICATION OF THIS. AND, THEY WERE ON THE FRONT. BUY 'EM. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
CURRENTLY 85925 MILES on these original equipment tires on my 2005 Buick LeSabre gran limited package. Very satisfied with this tire just bought 4 more to be put on. Could be a little better in the hydro plaining department but a quiet and great wearing tire. The best tires I have ever drvien on in 34 years of driving. Great quality and value.
I had these tires on my 02 Cadillac for 3 years, they was on there when I brought the car. I do not drive over 5000 a year but the thread wear seems to be holding up great. Recently was on the highway and had an object in the road shot under my car by another vehicle, and it flattened my tire. At first I didn't know I had a blowout but I knew air was leaking from my tire. After reaching an off ramp and a gas station, I saw I had 2 large holes in the side. I believe that if these tires were not high quality tires it would have been a different outcome (a course also with help from the man up above). I live in an area where our winters can be bad. Last winter with snow half way up my rims from the plow trucks, all my neighbors had to dig themselves out. I on the other hand did some rocking back and forth and was able to climb over the snow bank. I would give these tires an A+ rating. By the way I replaced that tire with the exact same tire.
owed four sets of this tire on 2001 mercury. have 214,000 miles best car and tire ever. 28- 30 high-way 22-25 city great tire
Smooth..long lasting..great value.
I have always bought Michelin tires for my minivans, as I believe the company produces a quality product. I have had very few problems with flat tires, or tires wearing unevenly. If I could change one aspect, I would give them more traction on wet roads. Stopping is not a problem, but accelerating from a stop on a wet road is an issue. The tires do not grab the road as they should. Otherwise, great tires.
I placed these tires on my Sienna, I had only 32025 miles on them when I had to replace them. I rotated the tire every 5,000 miles, kept them properly inflated and wheel alignment was correct, they just wore down evenly. I am a careful driver, I do not brake harshly nor move away fron Stop sign, lights quickly. I drive a lot of highway miles, driving to and from Nova Scotia and Florida spring and fall. I have had Michelin tires on my cars since 1972.
