I bought this shower head in the craziest of circumstances, but thanks to that we have found one of the greatest household must haves! It is efficient with water saving but definitely does not feel like it! I would recommend this to anyone. Just to warn though, the handle does not fit (don't understand why) so you have to weave the hose in first for it to sit. But it sits great and is nice and easy to use. :)
I just bought 2 of these, after our other Pollenex broke. However, this is a good thing. We had our first one since 1999, it never once caused us any problems and when we moved we took it with us. It never molded, never mildewed. It really was the best and I remember purchasing it like it was yesterday. I also have purchased 3 others that were not Pollenex, the first one I had to return because it broke, second one broke as well and the 3rd one we're still using but the handheld part of it doesn't work at all and it was so much more expensive than the Pollenex. Like I said, I just bought 2 and I really hope that I won't have to replace either for another 10 years. The kids were so upset that it broke they wanted to keep the broken shower head because they are so attached to it. I said let's just find the same one. I figured they changed the design in 10 years, so I went with what looked close enough.
I bought this online for pick up at the store. This thing is awesome!! I was afraid that the water pressure would be bad but I still have the same water pressure that I require to rinse my hair etc. The settings are great. My only complaint is that there was one piece that was in the package that was not in the instructions. I had to figure out where it went on my own.
I searched for similar products, and found this for a bargain price. Meets my needs. Would have liked a more flexible hose, but most others are almost double the price. It replaced another worn out unit, so I was able to use old holder which fit the handle.
I bought this to replace my Pollenex/ 4 settings. It lasted about 7 years before it cracked where it attaches to the shower pipe. It was my fault for jamming it in the holder, but I slid in the tub. This one has more settings. I think if people would remember to put the "hose" into the holder first, they would not crack. The handle is too large to jam in there. I've had it for a couple weeks now and am very satisfied with it.
This product is an excellent hand-held showerhead! Easy installation, doesn't leak, and has a long hose for use in bathing and showering down the tub and tile. I am well-pleased with this quality product for the pricing. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a hand-held showerhead. Have no reluctance in purchasing this particular product, buy now!
I searched at several stores and online but found this model at WalMart of all places. Your basic color to fit any bathroom but the sprays are great to choose from depending on your mood for the day. I like the extra long hose so you can reah around the shower. This makes cleaning the bath a lot easier not to mention washing my little girl's long hair. The installation was simple - no tools needed and they even gave me teflon tape for the pipe threads so there was nothing else to buy. It is all plastic but with normal care it will last for a few years. I would definitely recommend this product for the DIY as a value product.
I have just gotten the chance to have the old shower head removed and replaced with the Pollenex Plus... I like it a lot and the fact that it is hand held as well... I like the way it sits.... the shower head sits so that the water comes straight downward.. The price was just right also.... I would recommend this product.....
i am a elderly person so i have to be frugal when i shop. i saw the shower head and i needed a new one so i went ahead and bought it. i had my son install it because he had bought one and installed it so he knew how to put it in. after it was installed and i used it, the first time i got very frustrated with it because it would not stay in the holder that the shower head sits in. i would turn the shower itself on the shower head handle would pop out of the holder. with me and my arthritis i have to jam the handle in really hard in order for it to stay in the holder. the cord also does not spin around and it gets caught in my wrists by wrapping itself around my wrists. its like taking a shower with a boa constrictor.
I bought this shower head because I live near my college in a small apartment. My shower is always building up mold so I bought this to help clean it. It was cheap and it was anti bacterial. Not to mention the long cord. The only problem is that the shower head itself will not stay in the holder. It wouldnt be as much of a problem but I constantly have friends over and they use my shower. I cant take it back because its been used, and I dont have the money to buy a new one. I would NOT recommend this unless you just want to get frustrated.
