Microsoft Halo: Reach Legendary Edition Game Package

Amazing Deal at $50

I've wanted to play Halo for years but never felt compelled enough to buy an XBox for one game. When I got an XBOX 360 for christmas I decided to get Halo Reach and found that for not much more then just the game at other retailers I could get the legendary edition for Wal-mart.com and have it shipped to store, no sales tax (in NH# and no Shipping. The box is impressive and though the model is plastic, when you put in it a curio cabinet it looks impressive. The book and game are also in a great little ammo box, that I'm trying to think of a good use for. I'm not a big First Person Shooter player, but found playing this online to be very satifying and less intimidating than other FPS games. At $150 one could argue weather the statue was worth the price, though if you figure action figures of this size are at least $10 to $20 each and there are 5 of them on a rock you $100 for something this size is appropraite. The Journal is really interesting and there are a lot of papers, a plastic card and a patch in it. Similar to the $100 Star Wars book the Jedi Path Vault edition. If I already had the regular edition of this game, I would probibly still buy the legandary edition and sell the Game CD on eday or trade in at a game store. #I don't think walmart wants me to mention the name of that GAME store you can STOP at usually in the same plaza a walmart)

I already own the Halo: Reach game, but wanted to play head-to-head with my son on a 2nd Xbox 360. Since I loved the game, I decided to splurge for the Legendary Edition this time. The items included in it went beyond my expectations. The statue of Noble Team is absolutely awesome, and Halsey's diary is unique and was enjoyable to read and find out more behind-the-scenes information.

I purchased one Halo Reach Legendary Edition (X-Box 360) for my son who in which is going MLG PRO. He loved it and displays the statue, he reads the journal which has how the Halo Spartan program was created. He loves the flaming armor code it came with, and also had the special edition game included. Then my daughter had to have one for herself, so I ended up purchasing another Halo Reach Legendary Edition for her. It also includes maps and she hangs them on her wall, as does my son, and they play together and are so very proud of everything included in this product. It is very much well worth the money.

Amazing Game

I don't think bungie can go wrong making a halo game. There are some changes that make it interesting and different as far as gameplay. This legendary edition has a lot of work put into it. The action figure display is awesome and the little extras has great detail.

Awesome Product

This is an awesome game the graphics are good. The play options they have are not that limited and if you have the legendary edition the flaming helmet is a cool thing to get because i have it and it is cool. I would reccomend you guys/gals to get this product.

Great Game

Great game, great associated material as well. The figurines were done with great detail and look great. Dr. Halsey's diary is also a great addition to an amazing game. Well worth the money if you are a video game or Halo enthusiast, probably way over the top if you're just a casual gamer or this is your first Halo.

Halo Reach Legendary

This is a fabulous buy. I was a little skeptical because of the price, but when I received the box in the mail, the sheer size of the box impressed me. Wasn't sure what size the figures would be, but the were wonderfully done, and very impressive. The game itself was one of the best I have played in a long while. The graphics were very impressive, and the storyline was great, though somewhat depressing. Beautifully done!

Back to the Fight

Bungie has brought back the franchise to it's glory and shown us just how good a shooter can be. The story is engaging and keeps you wanting more. It seemed a bit short, but compared to the first game they all have seemed that way to me. Even if you know the outcome to the story, the journey is well worth it. The senery is drop dead gorgious no matter where you look, and the levels are well designed. The multiplayer is where it really shines, as always, and the depth and variables give it very good replay value. I also like the ranking and 'unlocks', there's something for every taste. It keeps you striving for the next rank, or goal, or armor, or just bragging rights. The extras in the Legendary package are great collectibles for the die hard fans as well.

HALO Reach

For the HALO collector in your family this is a cool item. It has several figurines on a stand and the HALO Reach game plus an additional CD. The only thing I didn't like was that the figurines are attached the the stand. So this is a display unit only, rather than something to play with.
