If I've got this right from the info, Walmart IS the seller, yet is knowingly selling faulty or fraudulent windows products? And then after numerous complaints, even by store employees, refusing to remove this item, refund customers or give a better product description to minimize problems? Maybe contact Microsoft directly to share this info...
Seems this seller is not authontic . i order window 11 and key which i received is not working i sent multiple email and call walmart customer care but no resolution.
This is a pirated copy posing as a real thing and walmart will not do anything to help
Don't know if I like it or not. I never received the 2nd as indicated during the purchase.
I never go the product by email. When I called Walmart they told me tough luck. Because you can't get a refund, or anything for this Product. DO NOT BUY IT! If anything goes wrong with their system you are out the money and they can't help you per their policies.
My husband thought he would be sweet and purchase me Windows 11; however, my computer isn't compatible. Unfortunately, Wal-Mart wouldn't refund or give credit for this purchase. The only thing I have is I can say I donated to the already inflated WALMART ego.
