happy with price and delivery and service. but the x button kind of sticks a bit. other then that I'm happy, if it dose fail i do have a warranty so it'll be alright, could always use a gamming chair hope i win that gift card
The product is good, the fact that I paid for a new controller and they sent me an open box one I don't appreciate that one bit. I guess I should be grateful I got it at all.
it's a standard Xbox remote. same remote as what would come with the new system. it may have been in the description, but I did not realize that it didn't come with a battery pack.
controller was in fine shaoe and came with everything it was supposed to. But! there was a code inside for a free month of gamepass that had been redeemed already, so that was kinda lame. i don't NEED that, but there were a couole gamepass games i would've liked to play.
The controller is in good condition and everything, feels good works perfectly, i recommend buying it but make sure there isn't a price drop on it or a sale. i bought this controller for $61 and not even 24 hours after my purchase it went on sale for $49.99, i contacted Walmart support to see if i can get the rest of the money back which would of been like $10 and Walmart support told me unfortunately with there policy and because the seller of the controller did the sale and lowerd the number there is nothing they can do about it, Walmart support then told me that i can rufund my order and re buy this item and get it for the sale price which will take 2-3 days for the money to get back into my account and another 2-3 days for the package to be delivered so it wouldn't of been worth refunding anyway, i know it's just $10 but that $10 means everything right now. But other than that the controller is good and recommend buying.
This controller box seemed to be opened when I got it. The charger was not wrapped correctly and the Xbox ultimate card was already redeemed. Really sucks!
I ordered this for my Xbox one s.and it worked great at the moment but I realized when I put the code in it was already redeemed, so who stole my shi. In the picture it showed what the cox looks like but when I got it the mix was open and the paper with the Xbox ultimate was sticking out.
it came broken and i take it back didnt gave my money back so i have borken
Got a refurbished product, headed back to return the item for a NIB. There was no mention on the site being refurbished/used and this was via the curbside pickup which comes in an envelope so I couldn't check on the spot. Buyer BEWARE for switching out new products for returned/used ones.
It's not the best option if you have a PC that you game on. It is decently expensive but isn't durable at all. My controller's right trigger stopped working after about 4 months of usage. The annoying part is that Microsoft or Walmart do not offer repair or replacement after 3 months of usage. I tried everything I could with Microsoft, but they are not willing to help me out with a repair. For anyone looking for PC controllers, I'd recommend KingKong2. Stay away from this substandard controller that will surely fail soon.
