A good mat even though I ordered the wrong type and put it on carpet. Still, it works pretty well and has prevented the staining of my apartments' carpet due to coffee spills a few times already!

These not only help with protecting the floor but also make it so much easier to move around in the chair while not getting stuck etc. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who has these issues with their office chairs &/or their floors getting messed up from them as it truly makes a huge difference!
It's still pretty new, so hard to say about durability, but good price, quick delivery, and doing the job nicely so far.

The mat is very tightly rolled. Had another person to help me unroll it. There were no instructions included. It didn't take long to lay flat. There are intentions on the mat from the chair rollers. Hope it protects my carpet. It does appear to be real sturdy.

Chair mat has dimples on bottom that makes it impossible to roll chair around on mat. I was ordering a mat for use on hardwood floor, this is made for use on carpet. Not happy with it.
I would have been able to give a more accurate response if my order was delivered to me. Unfortunately it wasn't AND I wasn't even reimbursed the amount I spent so if there is a zero rating I would definitely give you and your company less than that! I am appalled that a company of your caliber has resorted to stealing from hard working people but I guess that's what you all stand for now.
