Daughter loved it and it was easy to upload.
I almost threw the envelope away, because I was expecting an actual disk, not a slip of paper with a code. So I paid shipping for a pc of paper. Otherwise the code did work fine.
I thought it was gonna be the disc definitly not
upon contacting the company, this is just the game code not the game disc itself..I asked for a refund, was told as long as I haven't used the code they will issue one..
I expected to get a disk. Unless you read the reviews before buying, you would not know this product is not a disk. Seems other reviewers thought the same thing. Disappointed and frustrated that I may now have to return this during a busy holiday season.
I expected s disc. The card I received had the code however i get an error when I try to start the game. I canât see the customer service number to call for support. They placed the SKU sticker over the number.
I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas, did not realize it was a piece of paper with a code, thought it was the disk. I sent it to my granddaughter in SC - I live in FL after she finally got a chance to use it, it would not work. Code was a used code - waste of money. Plus I paid shipping for a piece of paper.
I am so disappointed. This came as a piece of cardboard with a number on it. NOWHERE on the product description does this say it is a digital download. It is NOT a disc. You must have internet to use and it is not something to wrap and give as a gift.
No where does it mention that you will receive the code instead of disc. How do you wrap this as a gift, when it's from Santa? For the future, consider mentioning it!
