Works great! When purchasing a small appliance, like this, I get the product 2 or 3 year Allstate warranty. Haven't had any claims, yet, but WM does seem to honor their word.

The chainsaw is right size for what I need . It fits perfectly for my usage . I like the fact that it is lightweight and easy to handle . The only thing I dislike is that the packaging person forgot to put in the battery charger .
Arrived assembled w/1 chain, not 2 as advertised. Flat head driver for Phillips screws. Battery fully charged as if someone already had this saw. Not happy.
So far I like the chainsaw. I would like an extra battery for it but I do not like that the seller does not have a battery for it and so far I can not find one. NOT good!
didnt hold enough power to cut through a twig. wish i had purchased something different. didnt not work
bought what i thought was a makita saw with 2 yr extended warranty. tried to return still waiting on return label called 6 times. could not return to store. could not get repaired. option wasnt available though i paid for n this. saw does not work. meaning oil it up for next job. oil all in case none in saw. battery does not click to attach keeps falling off while trying to saw. blade will not stay on saw bar. so i got ripped off for $100. no.one at walmart cared even long enough to send me a label.
I purchased this saw to cut some wood from the forest, seeing that the battery was suppose to last at least 40 minutes, i thought it was a good choice. Then as i put it to use, it was cutting well but only after approximately 15 minutes of use at the most, the battery ran out if juice. This has happened since i first started using it, bot only that but the battery doesnt even lock, so it can fall off the saw if not careful, plus charing it takes several hours. Not recommend this product.
