Riveting.. This toy is attention getting. It's fun to watch as it is flipped over. Sometimes all three "gears" go down at once, sometimes, two go together, and sometimes they each go individually. Then, just flip and the fun show starts over again. Colors are bright and vivid. Also, this is easy to hold for babies. Even when not flipping it has lots of manageable holding and chewing surfaces. We are happy with the interactivity of this toy!
We received this item as a gift and purchased another for a friend. This is one of our favorite toys and we've gotten compliments on it from others when playing with it "out in the wild". It is easy to take with and is quiet, which is great for many environments.
My 7 month old grandson loves this toy. While his favorite activity is putting it in his mouth (of course), he likes to watch the propellers when his Mom or Dad spins them, and he will flick and grab and hit them himself. This toy is terrific for introducing cause and effect and for improving fine motor skills. Best of all, it is just plain fun!
I got it for my 5 month grandson. He likes it but a little young for full interaction. His siblings 3 & 6 like it. Thry like to spin the rings, the 3 yr old likes to spin, count the points on the rings & tell everyone the colors. Even adults find in interesting to sling the wheels.

This was exactly what I was looking for for my one-year old grandson. He looks wheels and things that spin. If you flip this toy over it spins by itself. Plus he can play with the gears and make them spin . It is durable yet light enough for little hands. It can stand on its own and is easy to grasp.
The miniSpinny is bright colored and compact. My grandchildren (9 mo. And 25 mo) have the large Spinny and I thought maybe a miniSpinny would be a nice addition for my house. However, they gets frustrated that the miniSpinny doesn't function as the large one. I think this one is too small. The large one is a lot more fun. They can't stay away from it.
Grandaughter just turned one, this seems to be too simple for her interest. I believe I should have gotten something one advanced for her, it does not keep her interest for long. It was adverised for one year old, but she needs more interaction with her toys. I would say 9 mos would be better for this toy. It is very well made, very quiet so would be great for church.
The minispinny is colorful and interesting. I bought it for my daughter because a friend's baby enjoyed it so much. She is still a little young for it and cannot flip it on her own yet but she watches it with great interest and is entertained by it when I make it spin for her. I expect it to be a toy she can grow with as she gets older.
